04.08.13 A definition of Eco...

Today was our last day on Eco.  We'd struggled to understand what this section of the camp was at the start and were hoping we would know by the end, although we're still not entirely sure we've had a great time trying different traditional activities, exploring the local area and getting to know the Russian Scouts much better!

Our morning started with morning exercises and breakfast before heading to the 'lake museum'.  This was set up inside one of the onsite buildings and started off with us watching a video about scary bugs, our favourite 'hair-eating' bug did not feature though.  We then moved on to a small museum about Baikal and impressed each other with how much information we had remembered from the museum we visited during our second day of homestay.

After lunch we played a game which involved throwing rolled up lumps of paper at a castle tower, we were all on different teams and still aren't sure who won!  Following dinner we gave a presentation about the nearby village, our attempts at Russian seemed to be appreciated.
